Using the Earacle is quick and easy:

Scan the QR code or search UseeEAR in your app store.

Turn on the device
Power on your Earacle ear camera.

Open the app & connect
Open the app and connect to your device via Wi-Fi to start viewing in real time.
How often should I use it?
For most people, using the Earacle once every 1–2 weeks is enough to keep ears clean and wax-free. If you tend to build up earwax more quickly, you can use it more frequently as needed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries! We aim to get it to you as fast as possible, straight from our suppliers to your door!
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. We are confident you will love the Earacle. however If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days.
